Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and creates a deep healing experience for the receiver. 

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."

The session will range in time from 30-45min and a full body scan/healing will be conducted. Once you have heard from me after you purchase the healing, the recorded session will be sent to you within 3-7 business days. 

I suggest that you sit in a meditative state while listening to the recording back so you can feel and soak in all the healing that was brought through during the session. You do not need to be present for your healing session as spirit knows no space or time. 

By doing the session on my own time, I am given flexibility with my energy and with the location so I can be fully 100% present and energetically available for your healing! 

I am a certified Reiki Practitioner and have years of experience giving Reiki in person and at a distance. Through this experience, I have cultivated a unique style for distant healing. This includes channeled messages that come through during the session along with healing light language that works to open your energy to even more healing and release. These pair well with the Reiki energy and create an overall expansive experience for my clients! 

Every channeler is unique in the way spirit interacts with their channel. The best way I can describe my connection is that it gets to the point and makes the messages relatable and tangible while offering you different avenues of thinking!
