Group Meditation

With over 5 years of experience and a natural gift for teaching, Marissa has lead countless group meditations and has helped many people of all ages access the power of their breath. These group sessions are flexible and can last 30-45min. You choose what would best serve your group! Contact Marissa for more information or to schedule. 

Meditation + Workshop

Marissa dives deep into a topic of mindfulness (stress management, breathing techniques, meditation for the everyday person, manifestation) chosen by her or the client. She then leads a meditation to bring the information learned into use, and opens the group for reflections and questions at the end. Workshops can last anywhere between 60-120min and are for humans of all ages!
