Marissa dives deep into a topic of mindfulness (stress management, breathing techniques, meditation for the everyday person, manifestation) chosen by her or the client. She then leads a meditation to bring the information learned into use, and opens the group for reflections and questions at the end. Workshops can last anywhere between 60-120min and are for humans of all ages!
